Monthly Meal Plan & Grocery List
Now that you’re on your own, you won’t have Mommy and/or Daddy to cook your meals for you. Eating healthy meals is important to maintaining your health. To complete this step, use the project website to explore sample menus, articles on healthy eating, and more. Then, plan a two-week meal plan for yourself. Keep in mind that most recipes will usually yield (or make) more than one serving. You may have to adjust the quantities needed on your grocery shopping list to account for the correct number of servings. In the second part of this step, you will create a shopping list and then use either Walmart or HEB online websites to grocery shop and record your expected grocery bill.
